For some reason my backups don't work (yes I've named them properly) and trying to replace the old gta3.img with a/the downloaded backup one doesn't work. It says Windows replaced it etc. etc. but when I go ingame it's still the same. -.-

Download and install.
Or, extract the files you need to replace from the original gta3.img and replace the ones in the modded gta3.img with them.
