You PM'ed me after I banned you, and I explained all the things that I meant by the reason "Constant Rulebreaking".

I've been watching you for the last two weeks, every single time I see you, you are either Ramming players, Constently Using caps, Disrespecting Players And Admins.

Twice you said to me "Why do you hate Brazilians?", and after I already told you I do not, then you are provoking by asking "Why is your name Brazilian?", when I already told you I choose the name Fabio because I like the name, its not my real name.

The other day, I was got reports of you flaming and provoking [EAF].

I've warned you constantly about your conduct on the server recently, I've punished you many times, but you failed to understand.

Next time think about the consequences of what you are doing before you do something.

Oh, and on the ramming is because of my ping, it not my fault, my internet is bad not to mention that I'm middle''distant''from the other players. so while driving, from one to another, when I walk by a car, I see my running and hit the front when I see players on the map, as I walk slowly so as not to accidentally knock down or hit the car, what it is rather tough.
But I am providing a better Internet.
