No. He's sister really plays GTA:SA:MP. And her name Star_Koltsovat. His name [BRC]Danny. Everything is fine so far. And he is not forbidden to play from sister's account as I know.

The Black Rain Clan Forum was crashed. Forum was disabled for 2 days - Forum disabled. Restoring database.. Thanks to god I was making databases copy for the days, no missing information. All accounts still exist. Forum might miss some your posts. The problem is in Lankis. He was cleaning up some shit in the forum and he messes up in "Administration Center", so we got crash :S.
