Being on official might seem like it brings hackers and scammers and so on ,  but i think its good that once again we are back with official status, as it can also bring alot more new and good roleplayers without argonath feeling like its just empty.

Aren't a lot of people "noobs" when they are new, and deathmatch because they don't know the rules...?

You won't get anywhere by just complaining, maybe go try helping the so called "noobs", I can re-call many times I've helped players who were new, and they have become rule abiding players on MTA:VC, VC:MP and SA:MP.
