I would love an Xperia Play

Its not that good, except for the games, the camera is only 5 MP and screen lacks Bravia engine unlike other xperia mobiles :p I did a research on all Xperia / Android phones before buying mine.

I still remmember my first Sony Ericsson was K700i


Currently i need to use 2 phones /\ Polish number and German number

Sony Ericsson Xperia X8 (Idk why people moan about it, for me works good :P... ll German Card inside)

I'm sony Ericsson user since 9-10 years now, when the company began making phones :p first one was T230i then T290i => J230i => ( a model name I forgot but it was SE too o.0) => K220i => Naite Green Heart , all of them lasted on an average of 4 years My previous phone the Naite, never visited the service center and is still is perfectly running regret buying extended warranty on it now lol, The only problem I had with it were lags after 3-4 months which were fixed after a software update from my computer(less that 20 mins xD) , and the phone back to new I still have 8 months warranty on it Since I took 2 years :p The latest one I bought is without warranty(imported) cuz of my trust in SE

Yeah i was thinking aswell about Xperia Ray and Arc. but i took Xperia X8 only cause of price.

But im happy with this phone, downloaded good player and now im running every movie on it, + got now GPS Offline (iGo MyWay) Works perfect soo yeah

lol I didn't pick Arc and Neo, tho Neo and play were cheaper just cuz I found them too big and bulky :p There's a huge difference in size and weight between these, Play is 180g, Ray is the lightest Xperia phone yet made also it fits perfectly in palm of hand and pocket Its so sleek i can barely feel it in my pocket, its just .1mm thicker than the latest iPhone 4S (Arc S is even thinner :p) I was basically thinking about Xperia mini pro, since it has slide out keyboard, but again that was too bulky. The Ray released the very next day and I looked for it but couldn't find the red or white one :/ So I gave up and ordered the red one online and got it on 11, Nov.  Isn't X8 like 2 years old now?

I'm gonna get the offline GPS too, thanks for suggestion :p

Dont forget great camera aswell I tried it before buying it and damn I was impressed, I tried several other phones and never found it easy to type on touchscreen, but its touch response is just perfect, even more than that. And check the second video, they made custom display for it, Like I said I did alot of research, There was a video on youtube which compared some high end game on Arc, Play, Neo and Ray, and Ray's display proved to be the best whereas the worst was Neo's unless you own a iPhone, I highly recommend trying Ray atleast once in life, you can do that at SE experience store, its very much fun

When it came out it had 2.3, Then upgrade was provided the very day I got it, in the evening, So currently its Running on Android 2.3.4, the upgrade came with a new feature and thus now it supports taking 3D photos too It'll be upgraded to Android 4 as soon as it comes out, for more check here

Also, like said its lighter, it weighs only 100g, whereas even iPhone 4S is 140g, my prev. phone was only 85g so that matters alot to me. Also its long, in candy bar shape, so it looks long instead of fat like many other high end phones, aswell as giving the feel of big screen at the same time.

2. The camera - Again the camera is next to none, Even Xperia Arc S has the same camera, and with latest update not only HD videos/photos but now it can take 3D photos too

Another factor that played a huge role was the price you can say, If I imported the iPhone 4s (The only phone better than this in my view) I'd had to pay almost $2000, thats 4 times the price I paid for it, I did had to pay still 1/4th extra and it costed me almost $500 since I got it shipped all the way to me from New York but well, as you can already notice I'm in love with it This phone can really make you fall in love

So In my view this's the best android phone out in the market, Some may say Galaxy note is better, some may say Galaxy S2, but they both have 4.5 inches + display, thats something like a PDA or tablet, not a phone in my view lol I don't wanna go around with something so huge in my pockets that everyone notice and then rob it off me. If I need something large and portable I got my laptop for that :p

OMG!!! Android 4.0? Awesome dude!!! But is that phone really fast? Beacuse LG Optimus 2x and Samsung Galaxy S2 have tegra and dual core.
