If it would possible to make the Sticky and announce topics Separated from the normal topics
So normal topics can be full length on the first page without having allot of Sticky topics

It's not bad. Yea, quite organised and spaced. I don't know how much it will help in the long term as stickies are already identified as being highlighted (example), and also if it is possible. It's not a bad idea, all the same.
