Official Movie Synopsis:Word hit the streets that some of the country's most famous stars and politicians were coming to Vice City to promote a new scheme by the Goverment at the Construction Site in Washington Beach.
The percentage of terrorist attacks successfully carried out in Vice City was very low, little did this stop a group of Americans of Mexican and African decent from trying.
The director of the F.B.I. - Mr. Fabio Mendez, got the word that there could be a potential threat somewhere, but he was not told where or what could happen.
He had VCPD and S.W.A.T. all around Vice City searching and looking for clues in the weeks running up to the party, he knew time is not on his side...
