I have a little problem...

Hello. A few days ago i was playing Argonath when
my game crashed. It said that i have a problem with my
PPCtl.dll file?

I ignore it, but sometimes ingame the sound of everything
just turns off, No car sound, no talking sound, no runnning sound
and no shooting sound. Then after like 2 mins, it goes back on.

After that has happend it keeps going on and off.

Could i be assisted?

check your computer for malware/spyware.

remove it from your computer, make sure you delete the dll and then re-install.

If you read the error you see that a file might be damaged. There for my advise is to remove it, make sure the damaged file is deleted and then install it again. The reason a file gets damaged can be many.
To be safe, defragment your harddrive and make sure you have a backup of all important files.

probably /windows/system32
use the search function.

delete both after removing e-trust(and see what happens  )
when you re-install e-trust the file will come back.

If i Un-Install the application, i won't be able to re-install it again??
If i will be able to reinstall it again, how?

And which one should i Un-Install AntiVirus? Or AntiSpyware?

If you have the disk by which it was installed you can install it again....
If the other one gives problems, you will also be able to re-install the application (Probably Yahoo Toolbar).

So take the CD of e-trust PestPatrol..... that is the one you need to re-install.
