Giveup,Stars,rank cops Ideas

I made This Topic Because NoOne made it b4
When Somone Get wanted at right of screen his Stars will start to light one start then if he killed someone cop - normal man he will get or he got a weapon two stars and if he killed two again ond if  cops didnt get him for 5min he will get 3stars ..etc
what diffrent with stars? Becasue One star = Cop Can get him and use only with blackjack and if he get two stars cops can use all weapons and if he got 3stars. swat team can follow and get him


second idea
if someone suspected he can use !gu like SA:MP (giveup) and it make him automatc Hands up and if anycop killed him or just hit him he will get warn but if the suspected moved and cop hit him he wont get Warn


third idea
rank cops if someone killed over or jailed 20 player he can get 1 Star more than Blue color and if someone killed,jailled 50 players can get 2 star and blood blue and id someone killed,jailled 100 players he will get 3 stars

what is diffrence wiith 1,2,3 stars
1 he will get new Machine Gun m40
2 stars will get m60
3 stars will get boombs,800 Amo for his weapons  and he can order anycop to do and if he didnt listen he can suspect him but not kill :O he will jail him

Can't use the Wanted Stars that are in the upper Right corner.
We already have a !gu command just like SA:MP but it doesn't do the /handsup animation, but I can make it do that.

Last part of your idea about Cops ranking up cause they have lots of kills // Jails and get guns and bombs... seriously am not even going to go into it more as I will probaly laugh really bad.
