They can possibly kill you with BWAT, take caution whenever. We have frightened them and now they realise we're far too powerful for them. As a result they try to take us out from long range, when we least expect it. So remember to watch your background at all times when running from the law. You never know when some twit not located on the map will headshot you from a rooftop 46 miles outside of your shotgun radius.

I don't really understand this quoted part, as police is supposed to arrest/kill criminals the less harmful way for then, not engage in close combat ''LOL STUBBY DM''... So yeah, we will give priority to long-range weaponry. However, if the criminal is dumb or skilled enough, he will engage.

Painkiller was a lot better long range shooter. Alex is unable to hit anything without abusing stealth and vcid rights.
