In my view those who were banned and denied unban for grave offenses should stay banned, especially those who are repeat offenders and assholes. Removing bans would mean people who were community banned from Argonath would be let back in, just like that... that is what I do not want to see happen.

Wasn't it the same on newest SAMP script update?

anyways our community is smaller than other servers (about 5-30 players a day) so im pretty sure the admin team is hardened cause of recent actions and anyone who will try to cause/make shit, provoke/rulebreak will get wiped out in seconds.

The change from 1.1 scripts to 1.9 removed all bans. No problems occurred. So I doubt this time round there will be any trouble, and if there is its like what Marc said; admins will take care of it no problems.
