Ok me and a couple of regulars/members are having  problems with vortex, we are gettign stopped 24/7 by cops.
the reason beings are
1) Wreckless Driving. OFC you will be driving slightly out of order cuz u cant controll that!
2) Driving an Offroad vehicle. If its Offroad, how come its possible to drive on the road? if u take a dingy for e.g and fly into the concrete, it will not run.

Cops have the right to stop you for valid reasons, if you feel that they reasons are invalid, write a letter to AR-SAPD, or if they are not part of the AR-SAPD, write a letter to the Government.
