it keep says server not respond retrying ..... connection please help me ! :S

I had the same problem, do you see Argonath RPG like:

SERVER               PLAYERS  PING
Argonarh RPG        0/0        9999      ....    ......

If so, try to uninstall whole of GTA, like it never exist, then re-install

no i see pings and server normal but ingame it keep say server not respond retrying connecting but now it fixed i downloaded 0.3a  version
