Are Civilians allowed to use this mods on civilian cars?

If you left mod turned on when you exit vehicle, and someone jacked your car, You will get the same error crash message like above! 

Yeah im deleting the mod right now, the mod is the only thing that crashes me on 0.3a

simply just dont install this mod ans you got no problems i think this mod is lagging...

You think have you any proof? And if it laggs your pc we don't force you to install it.. But the flashing light can't lagg your pc because they don't do alote more then the normal lights on... Their is a differance between installing it on your pc and your pc can't handle it and it laggs. Or that you don't have it and your pc laggs. The 2 nd option isnt possible. Cuz the only thing it does is flashing your lights. And for people who crash we don't force you to install it. I never crashed. And i don't care if i crash  1once each hours. By teh way newer versions will fix that

It only crashes, when you install it wrong and on a non care away.
Follow my tutorial step for step, and you dont have ANY problem.

The lights dont even blink evenly, Its just random flashes.

Looks terrible.

3. If any player using the mod will take the usage as the mod as proof he was asking to pullover, surrender or any other duty 'because you could see the lights flashing' he will be punished for mod/script abuse. If this happens repeatedly, the mod will be disallowed.

It's not terrible, and it's not just random flashes.

- If you have supported car mod with ELM 7, mod user will can see the red/blue/white evenly flashes light with style/like realistic/HQ light/Sound, etc.
- It's have 7 modes of flashing styles
- It's can be use in RP situation such as 2 ways flashes, headlight flashing, pulling over, emergency situation, etc.

In fact:

The flashing lights is not just FLASHING light, it is also some kind of "code", I don't know how to explain this

Its not because a cop car use it.. An tell you to pull over that you are abused.. Some people are against this lmod and are moaning. At the moment we didnt had any problem on the server. And Gandalf didnt say it wasnt allowd to pull you over with the flashlights. You can't use it as a proof and to say its impossible that you didnt saw my pull over my lights where on.. thats all. If a cop Pull you over with flashing lights in a marked cop car and use the Megaphone you are not abused cuz this don't give you any advantage. Hurting your eyes?  it isnt even powerfull. It arent flashbangs...

Yes, delete it FROM your CLEO folder, no need to delete the whole folder
