This is a great update really. However I'd like to point out when admins spectate a player and come back they have full armour+health just so you know  :lol:

No, SA:MP 0.3 does not allow vehicle health to restore when someone logs out/crashes from the inside

Vending machines were restaurant and medic killers, so was refilling your health by using /q...


Now the only way of getting health is to go to a business or call for a medic. It's now FAIR!

Actually ammunations might make more money too as people need to actually buy more armour insteaad of buying it once and refilling it with /q
