New command: /repair

What does it do?: repairs your aircraft

How much does it cost?: it can cost from $0 to $100, depending on how damaged your aircraft is

Where can I use it?: there is a special repair zone located in the North-West corner of the Las Venturas Airport where you can use this command. The area is easy to spot as it has been marked with fuel tanks and high-visibility flares

Who made this command?: Me, contact me if you find any problems with it or have any questions...

How could I release something and forget to mention the people who tested it?!

Thank you to everyone who tested this script...it was on the test server for a while and the list of people who would have tested it is on the testers topic
