  Some points you might want to consider. Take them or leave them:

- Get stricter security. Anyone causing trouble? Blow them up like in old days.
- Yes DD is an event but include RP (within reason). Hire worker for hot dog stand and other RP vendors to keep players interested.
- Provide some form of entertainment for those waiting in line/ for event to start. This could include stand up comedy (joke telling), some quizzes etc - all that can happen through RP (do not take over main chat with things can be done in RP - even quizzes would be better if not on main chat).

- Stop being tight arse bad guyes and let everyone in cb 999. It's the event channel. Fair enough if people spam, kick them from server or whatever - but DD is more about players and staff having good time. DD is not business, DD is for fun. Let everyone in channel, then people have clearer idea of what managing is like. Surely you get more spam, but just deal with it. It's more fun that way.
 CB 999 was specifically chosen as it is PUBLIC. P U B L I C. This was on purpose believe it or not and had no problems when it was like this.

- There have always been people opposing the DD, and some of these even lead to it being closed! These same people ended up loving the DD in the end. There will always be sore losers but really who gives a shit about them. If they don't like event they don't have to go.

  Remember to keep running the DD fun. Don't take too seriously! Although why you are giving in to managers decision to allow all vehicles I don't know. Those rules were there to make it fair. Actually I am surprised since you seem like control freaks (from the forums anyway) that you would let someone change rules so easily!

Announcement!




Since the first opening match did not result as expected, another opening match will be made 17th of may, on monday.

This time i do count on the respect of the community towards the Derby management, as we will do our best to give you guys a great night full of fun and destruction.

An afterparty will be held at the A.L.S. Stripclub after the match. The 3 winners will be transported in completely luxury limousines to the club. Others can join the party aswell.

Also a good tip is to have patience.
Saying things like ''OMG when is the DD begginning! Were already 2 minutes too late!!''
Isn't going to help it is spamming the chat, making it harder for the crew to manage everything, making it last longer.
Just sit back ad try to talk as less as possible..
Ofcourse you can chat and have fun before the starting, just fool around and enjoy yourself.
But when it starts, please try not to bother the crew..
Questions like ''Whats the price?'' or ''What vehicles are allowed?'' Can usually be seen on our Website!
Last match, people also failed to stick to some the basic rules.

• NO Nascarring (Driving around in circles, avoiding to get hit)
• NO rejoining (I saw 3 people sitting in the same car with the driver Nascarring, once the driver got kicked, the passenger took the wheel over)
• NO camping (Standing idle up he edge of the arena)

I do admit that there weren't enough admins and crew mebers around..

The mainchat, the CBradio AND your PM getting flooded, you won't have any chance to keep track on ANYTHING!

Try to behave in the upcomming match!!
If you fail to do so, measures will be probably taken, for example; Lowering the pricemoney! Do you like the $500,000 first place price? Well what do you say about a $75,000 first place? Indeed, behave!

  You shouldn't even need admins. It's an event, should not be forcing admins to concentrate on it. Of course it is no doubt useful to have admin, but not impossible to get along without one!

We tried.. But with one truck you can't stop a stadium full of rulebreakers, can you?

Guys I have a suggestion.

Before the DD starts, (once entrance gates have been closed, no one else allowed to join), You should have someone go around and take F8 screens of all players vehicles (Not individually, just like drive to a big group and take pics) and make sure you can read the tag of the player inside of them. This way, if someone ends up in a different car than what they started with, the picture taker can review them, and notice that the player cheated.

I suggest this because I have seen this happen before, where more than 1 of the same vehicles have been in the DD before, someone's exploded, so they took the one of the other person who was kicked and had a vehicle with 90/100 health while the next closest was at 60/100 and it was the top 10 left. So this person won. BUT the difference was the colors of the vehicles! If someone were to take F8 pictures of this player's car before, they could tell the vehicle's color difference and Disqualify them.

A good solution to stop the rejoining is:
You get a partaking ticket and are allowed to enter the stadium with a vehicle.. Once your vehicle is abandoned or blown up, it respawns.. In that way, if you exit a car, it gets respawned to it's original spawnlocation, this will prevent rejoining because there are no cars to re-enter in...
Also if you received a spectators ticket and you enter the stadium, the spawn location should be up at the spectators stand, not in the middle of the stadium..
One last idea is some kind of fence that goes in a circle around the edge of the stadium and when the DD started, the fence is closed, in that way camping and nascarring is made harder, since you cannot get back behind the fence.. In this way, Crewmembers and EMS personel are safe from ramming players.
And maybe if there are multiple admins online, some can actually stand on the spectators stand and TP people who destroyed their car towards them on the stand.. That is a manual way to prevent rejoining because you have a better view on who is on the field..
