Person 1 asks a question, not exactly a question. The question begins with: "The person below me ..". Example: The person below me likes kittens.
The second person, who posts after person 1, must say True or False. True if he likes kittens, False if he hates/don't like kittens. And you continue. Example:
"True, i like Kittens.
The person below me hates kittens (You can "ask" whatever "question" here.)."
