Unban Request tab idea.

Well, I've noticed alot of new players who have been banned who actually post their unban thread in the "Closed unban requests" tab. In that case, Main Administrators + have to move the topic over to "Open unban requests".

Maybe it would be possible that only SA:MP Admin and above could make topics in the 'closed' board?

No need to cater for people who can't understand simple English. "Closed Unban Requests" should be enough of a deterent.

Or why not just lock the forum and only give admins access to post in it, edit in it, or move anything to or from in it?
I think that they actually meant to do that when they made it, and forgot.
