There sure is a snow mod, however, it weighs around 700MB and includes several other data changing mods. Try google.

I am not sure, but I think there is an option to do that with GAMI.

That is .exe version, but it installs everything.

When you write snow i think about last year of Chrismas there was snow ingame, and that was awesome

IF you use .exe file, then it installs everything! Automatically!

If you use .gami file, then you can select what to install and what not. Check 2nd link in my last post.
