SpeakerBox Transformation

As SpeakerBox is reaching it's quality potential, I've decided to attempt to keep it that way.  To do that, I've created a democratic system that will appoint leaders of the SpeakerBox.

SpeakerBox Leader Duties:
-Report shitposts
-Gas threads(when you say "gas" in a thread, so peope know not to post.  This is different from a topic lock, because this is to stop bad quality posts, no rule infringements.)
-Go out of your way to point out bad posters

SpeakerBox Guidelines to Enforce and Follow
-No bad quality posts(irrelevant, terrible english.  Short posts that respond to the topic are ok.)
-No using memes incorrectly or too much
-No topics without a first post with quality information

Positions:

President of SpeakerBox: open

Vice President of SpeakerBox: open

Treasurer of SpeakerBox:  open

Secretary of SpeakerBox: open



Requirements of Office Positions:

-Regular on the forum
-Has an active account on the forums that has been around and posting for 2 months
-Shows mostly quality posts
-Has an intermediate knowledge of the english language.



*positions will be filled via vote of canidates.

*office members can only enforce guidelines in general speakerbox, not in politics & religion, forum ideas, etc.

Use the report to moderator option.

This is not an English class. People will have varying degrees of knowledge of the English language, and we will not prevent them from expressing themselves. If the topic is spam, report...If you do not like the posts of another person ignore him.

President, Vice President, ... all in one name - forum mods. Speakerbox is not a township or office needing Presidents/Prime Ministers/etc...
