Money & Citizenship

We ([TOK]Rengers - on the forum Dr. Rengers - and [TOK]Killzone) Have some questions for you:

- We got from 0.1 to 0.2. But there is only one problem: We lost all our money... Well, it is on 0.1, but not on 0.2. I thought this was transferd, right? The total ammount of money is $50.000. If you admins could transfer that to [TOK]Killzone, then i will split it with [TOK]Rengers.

-That's the first part, secondly, we like to become citizen. We are playing on a regular bases for a few weeks now, and we know all the rules. I also printed out a list of commands  . So if we could have a test, we really would appreciated that. (oh, the reason we post it here, is that we don't really get the thing with the City Hall..... There is an admin, but when is he there??)

Oh, and keep going with this great RPG/Server!!

Oh, and in reply to your other question about gaining citizenship, I don't know what time it is on the game time, but I know that in my time zone (Central US Time Zone) it's around 12 (noon) - 1pm that Crimson comes online and does the daily work of giving out citizenship tests. Thus, on most any day, take yourself over to City Hall - convieniently located in the square of buildings which also contains LSPD (in case you want to get there quickly) - and wait in line for an anonymous amount of time depending upon how many people are there before you, then you'll be guided to his office, take the exam through Private Messages in-game, and if you get every question correct you gain citizenship.

Sorry if that response contained more information than you truly needed, but I wanted to make sure that the question was answered in entirety.
