I have just ordered an IC Diamond 24 Carat Thermal Paste Grease Compound...
But I need to know how often I need to re-paste it on my notebook?

I have been changing the thermal paste in my desktop PC around each 2-6 months. For laptops it's not necessary, but if you want to you can change it too once or twice a year. Although, some laptop brands use "glue" or "thermal sheets" in the laptop components, but changing into thermal paste is always better.

Thermal paste in my PC lasts about 1-2 months and I change it by then

It costs 1 euro so its not that expensive and it cools my PC by 3-4 Celsius

If you are going to put that Thermal Paste on, i would say you should only need to replace it towards the end of every 6 months depending on useage.

If youre using the Laptop daily then change it Bi-Anually ( every 6 months ) ... but if the laptop is used once inb a while then you can just re apply it every 8 months or so..
Its good stuff youre buying so i wouldnt waste it by replacing it monthly or every 2 months, you would be wasting your money.

As above, it's not that necessary to change thermal paste too often. Thermal Paste's have been developed so long, that they work just fine still a year later, although replacing it each 6 months reduces the temperatures by 5 to 10 degrees.

Well that could be true but still, even if it lasts forever, the other compounds in the Thermal paste wont last that long, so as i suggested, change it around every 5-6 months.. especially if youre going to be using it daily.
