What about license Idea?!
Police pull over, if he dont have he should pay a ticket...

Anyadmin Can Do the test ( RP ) After that he get his license.

We are going to have licenses.. just wait.

And no, no tickets, else new players would be loosing their cash just because they are new and doesnt have license.

Simple. If you pull over a citizen that doesnt haves license,dont ticket him,tell him where and how he can get a license,and let him go away with a warning.

There will be a license script in 1.2,and its really unfair to ticket new players because they dont got a license,just follow what i said,also Rusty said No.
