Some updates for SOU:

• All operations are now Classified, That means the only people to find out about ANY of our operations (Training, Meetings, Operations) can only be Members (Sergeant+)and Authority groups (Police, ARFD ect)
• We need members!!!!!!!!!!!

exactly when is the meetings and trainings? around 18.00-23.00 server time maybe? i live in the same timezone as the server, i would appreciate if you dont put stuff like 05.00 and so on, though it may be a bit difficult, since the members this unit is well spread all over the world.
