I'd like to thank you for taking the time to apply for The Cortez Family.  Your application has been received and reviewed.  You will be consistently monitored and kept in contact with.  You will be called for an interview in the near future.  After successfully fulfilling the standards that we require, and passing the interview, you will be put on a period of probation for one week.  After fulfilling these requirements, you will be made a full Cortez Family member.

If I still had that house with the beautiful interior at Santa Marina, I would use that as the HQ for now.  However, I sold it a while back, and currently own a dream house at Bayside.  I would consider that an HQ for now, however, I'm not sure if anyone would be bothered to drive all the way over there.

Well, I'm not really going to always use OOC brackets when not talking ICly, as you can see for example in this post.  And that is simply because with such a group it's a bit challenging to organise what you're saying into OOC and IC while still making everything look well structured.  Though, yes, I do somewhat enforce a slight OOC and IC rule.
