Who we are
The Vice City Detective's is a group targeted for gangs,mafias, kidnappings, bomb threats, murders, and any other threats to the state of Argonath
Our force investigates, catches criminals, spies, tactical procedures, and keeps files of anything or anyone that can be a threat.


What we do
We provide saftey to the State Of Argonath. We are like the heavy investigators of the VCPD.
There has been a lot of threats to the state so what we are going to do is help stop that. We have our personal files to track down each member and mafia in the state. Also to provide solutions to other divisions of the Vice City Police Department, as well as S.W.A.T and possibly the F.B.I. This will help us maintain what we need to know about each member, how much of a threat he/she is, and as well as how much of a threat the mafia/gang that he/she is in. We do our best to investigate every little detail and everything we need to know, so we can get another step closer to stopping crime.
Detectives will have a dangerous job but is a reward for yourself when you do the job. There might also be a new application procedure meaning that applications will be sent to me, OR on the forum link. Possibly the members list will be hidden, for security reasons. Detectives is an advanced squad which has NOT been made official yet. So keep in mind that you must be a veteran and at least a cadet in the VCPD.
When a detective, you will have different jobs such as spying, gathering information in the squad, bieng a member in the tactical team, and other jobs that will be listed below.

Detective Tactical Team
When a situation gets bad, and no other officers and/or swat can respond to the call, the Detective Tactical Team should handle the situation.
Procedures to become in the tactical team
1. Pass the Trainee rank and become at least a Detective I
2. Pass a little typing test that will be givin to you
3. Pass a field test, (Training in a closed special shooting course )
4. Get trust with heavy weapons*


Getting trust with heavy weapons means that you have to be able to know when to you heavy weapons at the right time.
Detectives should be using a 9mm, colt, uzi, or and mp5.

Depending on your position on the tactical team, you would be in a shotgun/stubby position, lightweight weapons, and m60 and assault rifle.

Each member will have a badge, a badge number, and a position.

Trainings
To become a Detective, you must pass several trainings.
Trainings include
1. Helicopter Flying
2. Sea Plane Flying
3. Boat Driving
4. Driving and Chasing
5. Interrogation
6. Negotiation
7. Tactics, fighting, and shooting

Note: ALL trainings will be on the field

Promotions
To become an official detective, you must complete the training process. If you fail to complete training, you will NOT recieve your Detective badge.
To become a Detective II, you must prove yourself to the team. You must be on top of work, you must solve some cases, catch criminals, interrogate, and negotiate.
You will be promoted over time, so prove yourself worthy!
The highest rank someone can become is Leader. Leaders are responsible for solving most cases, leading the squad, and catching criminals.
Being a Leader isnt an easy job because if you mess up on orders, there is most likely not another chance that you can fix something that has gone bad in a situation.

The VC:MP server is active at different times of the day, don't judge the activity of the server because of what you seen in 1 second of looking at the player count on the VC:MP client.

Just a min ago (12:20 server time) there were 8 player online, which none of them were reqular. Now there is 5. So don't say VCMP is not active when you look it at 13:37 server time and no players online.
