New SA:MP Subsection: Contracts

The idea is to have a forum where one wrights a contract up for an intended person to sign.  This allows clearer contracts to be made, and have them be longer, since SA:MP's messages can only be a certain size, and trying to read it all ingame is a mess.  After the contract has been signed, the topic is locked forever, and is deleted 2 months later.  Or at a special request, can be around for awhile, just encase the contract deals with long term items.

Correct me if i'm wrong; So this will help to catch abusers faster? Good idea.. But i think a new board will be unnessecary. There should be another solution for this.

Not so much abusers.  This would just to be to make contracts clearer.  And this sub-sub-section would go under SA:MP Courts.

Well a subsection in the courts for this might actually be a good idea. I support it.
