A question about SA:MP 0.2 before i start play

This will not affect the times i will play SA:MP, i swear. (in this case i will play in the next week or at least 1 month later o__O')

Well, you know the Just Business and Reuniting the Families missions of San Andreas? Well thats why i am here, in SA:MP 0.2 can we shot from the car/bike just like those missions? like a drive-by or something... Is it possible to do that?

This was the "Unknown" Grovyle, the citizen in San Andreas.
 :ps: I putted "Unknown" because i never played SA:MP either. (and by the time i will get more criminal when i get it )
