We dont support drive bys, if you've seen a i9 member doing it - they are going against our regulations.
The reason is because we do not have a gangwar validation as we dont support the current system.
Drive by is just deathmatching in my opinion, no roleplay at all between the perpetrator and the victim
unless ofcourse there was a ongoing roleplay between the two.

Plus the answer on your question: I'd rather have a i9 member with the NBA members when you attack a group and represent the ballas.
