Did you and Lustig decide this? As far as I know, Frank left Lustig in charge over NBA when he went inactive.

I think...that NBA never needed a leader,and it doesn't now...
We always worked together as a group and as a single person.Everyone did its part and that's how NBA becaome powerful and gained respect...
These days i've seen a lot of people trying to claim the leadership and trying to be more powerful.Most of the 'leader wannabes' want only power and not what's good for NBA.They even forgot why we're a group...We're a group because we have the same ambitions,to get rid of all groves and boys in blue  ...
But for real now...I see members dissing each other which was bannable back in the days when I got recruited by Lance_Downson...Even I see people who go on duty then come back the next day and join NBA...What the hell is this ? I see members breaking the old NBA rules and most of them don't even know they excisted....If there should be a leader,that  should be the creator itself ,which means Jimmy and Frank...but since they are busy and can't come on very often...then the leader must be a respected man,who's not afraid to take actions ,make descisions,a man who's smart and has experience to lead...I know few people who complete the requirements.One of them is Lance_Downson-He's a respected old member of NBA,and top of all he was a member of the well known group - i9.Most of you know who he is and I've seen him leading RPs with ballas,he's very experienced and he was my idoll when he recruited me in NBA.
If you all realy need a leader,then I suggest Lance_Downson...
