Last, but not least - to the snitch that people have claimed sold out EPS instead of bringing it to the branch managers attention for disciplinary - we will find you and when we do, we will take appropriate action which may involve the termination of your 9th membership. 1) I am the Leader of Argonath Derby.
2) I am an Official Event Hoster in Argonath RPG so I hold a couple of events time to time
- It does and will not, effect me or 9th. - I do this job to get a couple of bucks myself.

Zaila, you're absolutely right although it's our intention to avoid it even becoming an admin issue. We've found that internal discipline is more effective than admin punishment. If the member has broken the rules, we won't hesitate to report it upwards whatsoever depending on the severity.

Nothing would have happened if the report would occur inside the group. Reporting to administration just causes one big mess and people getting banned for reasons that are barely justified.

After much discussion with 9th members in-game and reflecting Zaila's comments, I'm retracting the above.

The following however will apply going forward:

- Any NBA member caught to be breaking the rules must be reported
- Any 9th member caught to be breaking the rules must be reported
- Any 9th member caught to be encouraging rulebreaking will be kicked with evidence
- Rulebreaking is not tolerated in this group
- All 9th members are expected to teach NBA how to act otherwise we should stop bringing new players in
- Failure to adhere will be met with a request to leave the group

Emmet and Charz have been brought in to stablise the group from it's recent internal war.

The rest is over to you. The future of 9th is in your hands, not mine.

And Frank, i dont want you to believe i'm trying to dictate what you can and can't do with your group. But you need  to understand that when things are going into the wrong path, i will step with.

We're happy to report any rulebreakers, and no one should be afraid to do that, but we also would like to solve the things better and try to solve them ourselves verbally. Administration isn't always needed... there is no point of banning a player and unbanning the player after he says he won't repeat the mistake - it can easily be done In-Game.

I try to avoid posting in group threads where possible, but if you don't mind I will on this occasion.

What Frank says is very true, often times internal punishments issued by their group can have a lot more impact on anything admins are capable of doing. While this may not be true in all cases, it is true enough to be worth saying.

If a group is willing to show zero tolerance to members who break server rules and the punishments they issue are seen to be of an appropriate severity, I would be in support of fostering this kind of approach as a possible alternative to admin punishment as long as the offence and punishment is reported to administration so we know that action has been taken. I have come to informal arrangements like this with other groups and I have been pleased with the results.

After RS5 one of our long term goals is to find ways for groups such as this and Argonath administration to actually work together for the future development of the server, if we can begin to trust each other by showing that we all have the same basic interests at heart I believe we will have made a good start.

Thank you Frank for showing a willingness to cooperate and I am glad you and Zaila have reached a common ground. I would very much like to remove the "them and us" culture from Argonath if that is possible so in the future if more groups are willing to work this way that will encourage progress.
