The change from RS4 to RS5 heeds the need for change in this group. While we are proud of our heritage, whether it was in INFERNO 9 or NBA - we will need to change. While that change has not yet been determined, in the meantime we will be rebranding this group to a more generic term to represent the bigger theme we represent. This group is being branded as 'BALLAS' until further notice. This change does not mean any internal rule changes and everything remains the same.
