Hello,due to the recent problems that happened in the group I decided to suggest a new way of leadership for this group.I hope you all agree with my idea and I realy think this would make us more organised and will help us in the future.

It goes something like this :

The Leader/s
The leader/s is the main man in the group,he controls everything and makes decisions for the good of the group.

Acting Leader
The acting leader is the second most 'ranked' man in the group,he has powers to make decisions for the good of the group,but has to have the permission of the main leader.The acting leader becomes a 'full-powered' leader if the main one is inactive/deceased.

The Respected Ones
There will be 4 of them,they will be respected and will have an important role on the group.They may suggest ideas to improve the group,but not directly to the leader but to the acting leader.Each of the Respected Ones will have a crew which they will lead into roleplays and gang activities.Also the Respected Ones will be able to recruit new gang members.

The Crews
There will be 4 main crews ,each of them leaded by a member of the Respected Ones.The Crew members a.k.a street soliders will respect their leaders (The Respected Ones) and their decisions,they will follow them in every order they give.The crew members won't be able to recruit new members directly but they will forward them and introduce them to the Respected Ones.

I hope you all like this new idea,for myself ,I think it would be revolutionary.If you want to make any changes or have better ideas then reply below!
If this idea gets 'accepted' then I would like to set up a meeting and decide the 'ranks' and talk about the future of this group.

After some consideration with Eps, the date and time has been confirmed to tomorrow (18/04/2014) at 1800 CET. I highly recommend that everyone who is and/or will be apart of NBA, to attend this meeting. If you want yourself to beable to vote in several votings which will occur in the meeting, I suggest you attend.

Alright so, after a long time of consideration and several votings which occurred in the meeting that we had today, Eps's suggestion has went through and this is basically a short summary of what system is now in place and how we will proceed with it in NBA's Future:

Leader: Eps_Smalls
Acting Leader (Currently as Trial): Ernst_Svensson
Respected Ones: [WS]Makaveli, Tanker, FreeStyler, Jim_Conroy
Crews (Currently): Crew 1, Crew 2, Crew 3, Crew 4

Currently there are 4 crews which are named:
Crew #1 - Tanker
Crew #2 - Makaveli
Crew #3 - FreeStyler
Crew #4 - Jim_Conroy

Everyone in NBA is currently set into "Unknown Crew" and everyone who is there has to pick a crew which they wish to be apart of. If you prefer for an example, Crew #2 which is led by [WS]Makaveli, you approach the player and ask them gently if they do not want you in their crew. If they decline you, you can ask the others.

To the Respected Ones: Anyone who is in "Unknown Crew", you can ask them if they wish to join your crews. And if you're going to invite a player into NBA, automatically they're in your crew so please set them in your crew by for example, if it's makaveli's crew: "/groupsetrank <id> <NBA> <Crew #2 - Makaveli>"

If there are any questions about this system or any questions about anything, feel free to ask Eps_Smalls or myself.

As a conclusion to my post, I am now officially a retired leader and I no longer lead NBA. Before I retired I set myself as an Advisor so I can assist and help Eps whenever he seeks for help.
