You would have to think hard about this because they are very much the same since they both contain roleplay, so I would  say it is a tie.

As first i must say that you are the best role-playing group in whole Argonath leaded by one of the best RPers there is, i9 is a not just a Role-Playing group its a group with heart, group that helps every newbie to become one of the best RPers in Argonath.For example Munna isn't the guy he was 1 month ago, now i must say that he is a great RPer.Frank is one of the most reacting admins and one of the best RPers.Jimmy, well Jimmy is just like Frank just without the admin part :razz:.Sisko is one of the most helping guy in Argonath.Justin is nice racing guy (crazy dude).And all the others.You deserve this award.

They've both got there perks.

Gvardia:

A reliable dependable ally, they'll help out in any situation whatsoever and run on honestly, unlike most other groups.
Honest, reliable, and friendly.

i9:

i9's attitude towards new players is currently unbeatable, and the unique roleplay style would merit it good.
Though, I've hardly experienced any RP from i9 itself.

With Argonath oscars there isn't less prestigious and more prestigious awards, except the ones that are normal and the ones that get "best flamer", "best lagger" etc.
But otherwise you can't say that any criminal award is better than cop award nor that "best roleplay group" is better than "best criminal group".

There can only be your opinion, which do you prefer more. Me? Well I prefer "best roleplay group". Just because that says, that the group is good all around, wther being a hobo, cop, criminal, pilot, circus freak or whatever."
While "Criminal group" do say they are very very good at being criminals, it does not say anything else.
