After a lengthy discussion which was constantly ruined by a couple of knobs entering Frank's house I decided to stay and implement change into i9 as we are not keeping our standards which were set when the group was first started.  You will see Inferno 9 changing (yes no more constant GS9 idling!) that is one thing we all agreed on not to do unless we are either going AFK or are giving out jobs.  We will be focusing on more gang related roleplay and hope other gangs will get involved.  You can say it's been tried and didn't work but frankly those people didn't try hard enough to change the problem.
