Speak to some members of SAPD, they will tell you they enjoy i9's little riot roleplays.  If I still had access to ARPD Forum I'd quote comments from LSPD Officers.

as most of the case most victim player end up love that kind of Incident and actively seek us to share the experience of it.and later on bee a friend of us. and for most cases we don't kill him
