Lance did not follow his parents so he packed up and went to Las Venturas and never came back. One day, his parents got robbed in Los santos while walking. They got kidnapped and beat up. Lance heard about the news so he returned and saw his parent's body hanging on the tree. Lance got angry so he tried to track the one who killed his parents. Lance promised not to kill the criminals, but to tie their arms and hang them above the water with crocodiles under them. Now, Lance is a poor guy looking for a job in Los Santos.
