The Marques Cartel - Born In Fierro's Hell

The government of Portugal has over the past decades confronted terrorism and assassinations by the ruthless drug cartels, as well as a continuing civil war with several communist groups. Like no country in the world, Portugal has suffered from various violence like drugs, murders, robberies, and such. Various cartels have arisen across the land, getting more and more violent, sick, evil and twisted by the day. One of the biggest parties to blame is ''Marques Cartel''. Marques Cartel is notoriously responsible for distributing mass amounts of narcotics in Portugal and over the border into the United States Of America and countries all over the world operating from the San Fierro doherty drug lab. It is belived their Leader is in ownership of a construction company that they use for diffrent criminal actvities. Marques Cartel is an independent drug, weapon, civilians trafficking organization with alleged affiliation to anothers crimes families. The organization is known for trafficking massive amounts of narcotics and weapons throughout the Atlantic Ocean into the state of Argonath. Little is known about the cartel, its leaders or structure due to their sophisticated ways of operating stricly trough nicknames.




Chapter 1 - Frederico

With the reach of new year and stabile place in San Fierro, Cartel proven to be fine businessmans aswell, as they were investing in real estates and started their own construction company. The Cartel had inffluence and members stretching along the whole SF Docks and LV deserts. As the Cartel mostly is still operating from the drug lab at doherty or from a secret base at San Fierro Docks DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) of Lisbon seized more than 100,000 grams of Cocaine that belonged to Marques Cartel in Portugal. More than nine people were arrested during this seizure as even more of them escaped alive. The next day Frederico called up a meeting with his ''Constructive Org.''. They discussed the logistics of killing 10 inmates in two minutes at three different prisons. Organization expresses the difficulty to Cartel who replies, "Figure it out. It's what we're paying you for." The next day, Frederico paces around his dining room watching the seconds pass on his watch awaiting a call that informs of success. The nine "legacy" members of Marques Cartel are strangled, or burned alive because of providing DEA with info on Cartel. This business is secret, you do not cooperate with cops or else you die. He made that clear by killing nine of his high ranked members.

Chapter 2 - Benjamin Appearance

One early morning, Benjamin was strolling around on the streets of Garcia, near their club. Suddenly, a lowrider drove up next to him. In the car sat four Salvadoran males, that appeared to be gang members. Pablo Santos, the notorious leader of a gang called Los Diablos, had come to draw a line. The Cartel had been controlling the area for a few years, under their own rules and conditions with approval of Gvardia Family and other mayor families. In the eyes of the gang members, Benjamin was a simple drug dealer, so they stepped out of their car and approached him, with intentions to hurt, or even kill. Benjamin, cocky as he was, and with an attitude of a bull he asked them "What the fuck are you goin' to do about it, eh?". After a small talk, they both agreed to meet themselfs in Benjamin's villa. Pablo's life was hanging on a thin thread, and it was just a matter of time before the Cartel would end his life, to preserve the respect they've fought to obtain in the territory. The sound of their boots stomping the floor many recon as, the sound of fear. But Benjamin saw a good opportunity in them, since their power and gang population started growing widely. He took them under the Cartel hands, giving them advantages of using his territory. They made a deal about drugs and guns, wich Pablo accepted with joy. The ''Blue sky''(methampine) and ''Devils Sugar''(cocaine) expanded swiftly trought the city, as Los Diablos dealers were dealing only Cartel's product.

Chapter 3 - The Deal

Taking advantage of the power vacuum he got true new distribution system, the Cartel became the dominant drug kingpins in San Fierro, with Benjamin's aggressive interest in staying on top of the drug smuggling business a defining factor. When Leonardo arranged a drug deal between the Barzini Syndicate and Gonzalez Drug Association, the deal leaked to Cartel by Eduardo, an informant inside Gonzalez's organization. Benjamin saw this as potential competition to his narcotics empire and wanted to eliminate it in its infancy so he arranged a meeting with Leonardo. Leonardo was given the opportunity to work for Cartel, same as Diablos. Benjamin requested a fee of 5,000,000 million dollars, and killing those who attempt to cut into his profits, even though it only comprises a small proportion. Leonardo accepted the terms and kept to work for Benjamin, but he made a critical mistake. He decided to trick the Cartel and cut himself in for more percents, bur cartel wasn't stupid, they found that Leonardo had a girlfriend named Ana and kidnapped her but Leonardo didn't discovered that was cartel who kidnapped her, he thought was a rival group from Barzini. Leonardo spoke with Benjamin to get his girlfriend back but Benjamin didn't allowed Leonardo to go, Benjamin said "If you want your girlfriend back you need to show us loyalty to Cartel.
Leonardo was the most dedicated guy to cartel never tried to cheat at Cartel again

Chapter 4 - The Murder
 
Federal police officer Luis Ferreira Rodrigues disappeared in 2009 along with six fellow police as they headed to the San Fierro docks to fight drug traffickers. Since then, his mother, Anabela Rodrigues, has taken it into her own hands to investigate her son's disappearance and has publicized the case inside and outside San Andreas. She's found some clues about what happened but still doesn't have any certainty about her son's whereabouts. As Portuguese troops and police cracked down on drug cartels, who also battled among themselves, Luis was just one of thousands of people who went missing amid a wave of violence that stunned the nation. A new report by a civic participation group has put a number for the first time on the human toll: 20,851 people disappeared over the past six years, although not every case on the list has been proven related to the Cartel. With at least another 70,000 deaths tied to drug violence, the numbers point to a brutal episode that ranks among Portugal deadliest in decades. Since the disappearance of Rodrigues then, 23 year old son, a dozen alleged members of the Cartel have been arrested as suspects in his case including one of the Cartel's top man; Frederico. Rodrigues said she has interviewed four of them, who have told her that her son and the other six officers were killed and their bodies disintegrated;-''You won't see them ever again'' said Frederico as he cracked a smile of pure evil. She said that so far no one has given her any clues about where her son's remains are.

Chapter 5 - The Drugs

Back in Portugal while, Frederico was there. He got visited by two guys claiming they are the new Southwestern connection. They met themselfs at Frederico's Hill Top villa. As he tested the product before, Don Benjamin (the Cartel boss) trides out and compliments Nelson and Tiago on their Burgers, saying that all his men love it. His demeanor changes, though, when he mentions that his men also get high on meth they receive.''Samples'';- Nelson replies, for Don Benjamin, to get his attention. Benjamin calls meth the poor man's cocaine because there's no money in it, but Nelson points out great risk smuggling cocaine into the Argonath, but then must send much of the profit back to the Mexicans, since the drug precursor plant can't be grown in Portugal. With meth made locally, he'd keep all of the profits. Don Benjamin accuses Nelson of insulting him by manipulating him into a meeting in front of his own men. Nelson apologizes, but Tiago keeps on manipulating the meeting, wich leads to Frederick going mad. He orders his capos to hang Tiago on one of the palms in his yard and set him on fire alive. The capos does so, as Benjamin's right hand starts yelling to Nelson pulling him to watch the burning. "You did this to him, now look at him!", ''Look at HIM!!'';-Nelson yells. Benjamin tells Nelson that he remains alive only because the Cartel could earn profit from it. "But understand, you are in Portugal now. If you flip me, you'll be burning like one Homem Morto";-Benjamin warns Nelson. Far in Fierro, at the Frederico's vivenda (Cartel's bayside house), Samueland his crew arrived sonner then Cartel. Frederico' appears with few capos, and the leading man under him Leonardo. The group aproaches Samuel and his crew at the far end of the bridge, as one of the capos introduces Cartel to Samuel. Afterwards all of the capos present from both sides left them to talk on, as Samuel and Frederico knew themselfs trough a common friendship with Gvardia. They never had a extra relationship, but Cartel came up with idea. Since the core Serbians were strong and well known for business inside SF, Cartel offered them a share of the drug emipre. They've reached up to a deal of drug distribution ring wich will go along the whole state, as Cartel will be the main chiefs and Serbians the distributors. They've both agreed to save that for another meet, soon enough.

Chapter 6 - DEA

Since 2009, Marques Cartel has been locked in a vicious battle with its former partner, the Diablos, for control of San Andreas territories. Many Diablos affiliates have rise inside the city of San Fierro with biggest party under name of Sopranos With enemies in their homeland, Don Benjamin and his DTO was forced to take action. They took a hostage over one of their Conductor's, retrieving info over their enemies from him. After the interrogation they brutally beheaded him, as they drove one of their Cadillac's tire over his head, squashing it. Not so long after that, the Cartel took dramatic actions, as Os Traficantes was created. Os Traficantes is a group of Portuguese drug traffickers and corrupt Diablos and Chihuahua state police officers who work as the armed wing of the Los Diablos. They are heavily armed and extensively trained in urban warfare, wich makes them one of the deadliest units operating illegaly. On the afternoon of March 13, 2010, two teams of gunmen linked to a cartel lay in wait outside a private residence in Lisbon, observing the steady departure of guests from a child’s birthday party. Many of the guests were employees of the Portugal Consulate in Marques who were attending with their families. Though some details remain hazy, what is clear is that a police state DEA agents named Jorge Pires was charging them of drug trafficking with solid evidences. From witness reports, the men entered the house armed to teeth, killing everyone inside the house but children. They made them watch what they done to their parents.
So Marques Cartel came back to San Fierro under the leadership of Leonardo while Benjamin and Frederico stayed at Portugal re-grouping everything they could while Leonardo was leading the Cartel in San Fierro
