So, just because he is NEAR your residence, you can carjack? Alright, new rule you can carjack since they are near your house. (this was sarcasm >.<)

Second he is not at your residence.. You own the house and the parking infront ot it since it's the only part with walls/fence arround it, you do not own that parking lot where that just happened or the street. Corleone tryed to get the parking lot and the street at verdant bluffs and they got told that they only own the building and the part till the stairs the parking lot and the street is public, so i think it applies here aswell.

Well, true in one way. What if that car was being used to town our cars from the hq ? :) Think on it a little bit
