Why do you want to join:
1.Because I want to teach new members the rules and commands of Argonath.
2.I want it to be a good RP job for me and I am sure that it will be one.
3.I am sure that I know all the rules to teach them to new people who want to become an Argonath citizen

I Agree,

Thats why i Applyed now for CMB.Some CMB's are to lazy.

I see alot of players giving all there time, doing everything they can just to get the lesson.<<<Now what is that?!?. Its Disrespectful to all those kindly people that acually have done something for you.
And you dont do anything in reply.

I Think Some CMB's need to be Kicked or get it through your head that you have to do your job.

Its just sad for the new players that i can see now in the passport apps, theres like lots of them that are been waiting for many times just to get the lesson.

And if i was a CMB i would never put anyone down if its like this.

Again i see people In caps "ANY CMB TEACHER ONLINE/CAN DO A LESSON?"
i just Fell Sorry for them all.

Some CMB dont even bother replying or doing anything.

A Bit of a radical view...

When I was made co-leader of this Organisation by Chuck, he entrusted me to partially manage / manage it with in bounds - whilst he has the final say.

Due to his personal (I dont know what this might be), he is not able to update the thread so often, and there is little I can do without an active thread...

I promoted some CMB's to higher administrators, but It's clear that the CMB Higher administrators are not doing there jobs, not as good as the old ones anyway...

I can assure you, if the CMB Higher administrators cannot manage there positions they will be lowered.

Please remember, the CMB rank is voluntary, not compulsory.


I do passport tests everyday when I'm free, sometimes, I only come in and passport test whilst spamming the public chat in boredom (If your half  good at noticing as you seem to wish to show, you will know what I mean :P) or using /hduty - which is now bugged :/

The BCA Organisation was created by me, which meant I and any other person could use floor two of City-hall (officially) to keep entertained and help others, both Chuck,Tovenaarke agree'd to allowing CMB and BCA staff to work / do the same tasks together if they want, at one time.  But currently, due to SEVERE  funding issues, I cannot manage a full team of Volunteers (It'd cost too much - I spend a lot on it!)

Dear Chuck Noriss, current CMB Director.

I, as you may know, am the current co-leader of CMB.

I would like to apply for the position of Director, as I think I would be capable of the role.

I am capable of working to revive the CMB and restore it, partially, but not fully to it's former glory. I have worked up my way in the CMB, I worked hard to do the best for this organisation, for my sheer love of new players, the commonly misinterpreted "race".

I have served as CMB Higher Administrator under the former leadership of Janar and Tovenaarke. AS stated above, I was promoted by you to co-leader, and I attempted to (as strongly as I could) to relieve pressures on yourself, through your personal time off due to sleepless nights from an injury, and the server admins, but without an active leader, although he cares enough to know when to let go, I cannot fulfil the full strength of what I am capable of.

I do not seek the leadership of the CMB for personal gain, but because I have the average new player in mind, people who we was once like, you, me, passport testers alike, and every proud citizen of this Community.

I would seek your permission, and anyone's support in being able to get this responsibility, so , please, think hard, as personally, I wouldn't miss an opportunity.

I did not choose to make this post glitzy and full of glamour, for the reason that, I do not need to show art and beauty, were beauty is in the making.  Something unique and wonderful can happen. Please, let it...

Applications are closed currently, in an attempt to fix flaws in this organisation, we will be accepting new players once Chuck has chosen a new leader to represent  the CMB.

A fine patriot like you deserves to work for a community , but you'll need training. Lets hope when the new Director is chosen, more people like you can come aboard  :cool:
