I think we should introduce some capitalism in the server.
With the current scripts, most of the money is earned through Cop work.
That is, all income is "generated", there are rarely any big "hand to hand" transaction of cash.

We know it is a fact, that..... selling objects (food, drugs ,weps) or services (taxi,medic,bodyguard) does not earn good amount of cash.

So, I thought...what to sell that people will definitely buy?
...what do people require more than cash?
...what to sell that will give a good income?

I can point 2 such things: Cars and Properties.

Currently, when we buy a car..... A lot of cash is wasted.
I mean, nobody gets that cash. It just disappears.
Same is the case with properties.

So, why not let someone else have the cash that you spent?

This is why, I think we should have some capitalism in the server.

How to Implement it?
Create Companies that deals with cars. I would suggest 2 companies, so that there is some competition.
Pass the ownership of the companies to individuals.
Assign names to the companies....like Ford, Mercedes.....or any custom name that the owner decides.
Distribute all the cars to the companies. The models will be owned by the companies on bid.
That means, suppose CompanyA owns the dealership of Infernus and CompanyB owns the dealership of cheetah......
So, when someone buys an Infernus, the cash goes to CompanyA.....or if someone buys a cheetah the cash goes to CompanyB.

This will involve some real business.

Commands required:

!sellcar <Car ID> <Player Name or ID>
Can only be used by Company Salesman or higher. It sets the Player the Owner of a car.

!signcar <ModelID>
Can only be used by Company Chairman. It Signs the dealership of a particular car model.
Example: if the chairman of Ford types !signcar <ID of infernus>, then the car will be named Ford Infernus.
All transactions of Infernus will be handled by Ford.
when signing a model, the car dealership should not be owned by another company

!unsigncar <Model ID>
Can only be used by Company Chairman. It UnSigns the dealership of a particular car model.
The model will be available to sign by other companies.

!hire <Player name or ID>
gives the salesman rights to a player. Only by chairman.


This way, even the car prices are not fixed,
They can be changed by considering competition with other companies.
Also, the company will earn a lot of cash. It will have to hire workers(Salessman) to keep up the sales.
That generates jobs.
It will involve some real business aspects, like discounts, price rise etc.
Also it will create business rivalries, more RP....especially with !sign and !unsign...when a company will have to pay the other to get dealership of a car.

Maybe add a system where the chairman can sign the car but needs to pay a fee (depending on vehicle) and create a max car sign limit?




Questions on Idea:

How can a Person be a Chairman? Will be there an "Application" system to be one? Or maybe a tax that a person must pay to be one?
What are the requirements to be a chairman?
What about properties, maybe add the same system to them?

I think applications for the chairman.
A court registration for the launching of company, approval by the court.

Also, the cars can be sorted out evenly. So that it is fair.

Like one company got: Infernus and Admiral.....other got Cheetah and Sentinel.
So they are almost equal.

Remember, you can always kidnap the other chairman's wife and request him to unsign a car...simple

We could make sunshine autos being owned by more than just 1 person.Like 4 men who control it,and if you buy cars,maybe 25% of the price of each car,goes to the credit,like on SP with earning 8k.then its not too much and too little

imo there should be competition in the market.

Competition is good, imo it brings more RP aspects....like ads, jobs etc.

Lets say, if one company has more active salesmen than other....they will naturally be able to sell more cars.

Also, company policies will decide which company is better.
Like CompanyA gives 80% cash back when you sell a car.
CompanyB gives 100% cash back.
Of course players will prefer buying from CompanyB .

Company discounts (free cars on Xmas wow!), test drives, cars on loan....
All of it will be included in RP without too much scripts.

Also, there shud be some command to let players sell their cars.
Salesman types !forsale <CarID>.
It sets the car for sale, means no one owns it any more.

Very good idea, it will increase the roleplay in the server. More business competition, more roleplay, like Daddy said. But we have to be careful with some kind of trouble that the business can cause.. but that's not a big problem..

How would the sales men get pay

Maybe the chairman sets a % value that goes to the salesman and to himself when the salesman sells a car.

salesman should get paid by !send command.

How much and when, depends upon the company policies.
