What about... bankrupt? If the company signs to sell an Infernus, but doesnt sell it in x amount of time?
Or if they just dont manage to sell cars at all... shouldnt the company get into bankrupt?

That would open possibility to create more car companies and a fair "signing" of cars

E.g :

Alarba & Lamas signs the  Cheetah , 10 days later no one bought the cheetah

Result---> Cheetah production agency no longer wants a contract with Alarba & Lamas cause they arent getting profit, so the car is taken away from Alarba & Lama company

Result2--> Alarba & Lamas only had money to sign a car, and the car contract was taken away ( like the above ). Without cars to buy and sell Alarba & Lamas declare bankrupt

Question:
Ok i understand that sales men sign the cars they sell the people to would they have a cmd for a chairman to check who signed what.

If someone buys a car, there might be a point of time, when he wants to sell it.
Now, for that he should have a Receipt.
Like irl, every item is sold with a transaction receipt.
The companies will have a properly documentation topic in City hall.
Both companies will have their topics. All info....like prices, offers etc. will be their on forum.
Their will be records of sold cars, transactions made....and receipts will be given to customer.
The whole thing will be included in RP, depends on players how they carry it out.

Good idea but.There are some cons to this idea.

They are like 150 cars on the server and 500+ registered players on the server.In this server they are hardle any one wants to role play low class players.Most ofthe players want to " get rich quick " so they will want the pricey cars.Also when they buy cars they normally want to keep them for a long time.And sell them once in 6 months...
so what i say now is to let the signs be longer like 3 weeks to a month
