The Story12:30 AM December 30th, 1999: A Dark Red 1969 Ford Mustang Speeds Down a Icy Street in Liberty City, it weaves in and out of traffic as though it's glued to the ground, up ahead a traffic signal turns red, cars turn and begin passing, the Mustang Swerves infront of a taxi and climbs onto the sidewalk, it turns a few feet to the left to avoid a couple walking, the Mustang reaches the intersection and Carves a hard right, it's rear tires screeching creating a cloud of smoke in the rear of the car as it power slides nearly ramming a armored truck. The Mustang Speeds down the street and powerslides into a tight alley, the mirrors of the car not but 8 inches from the walls, the Car speeds down the alley into a large opening lit by several sets of headlights, the Mustang screeches to a halt, the engine cuts off and the door opens. A Man emurges from the Mustang, he has Long Red hair and is heavily tattooed, the most notable tattoo on the man is that a Blood Red With the Number 21 in the center of the spade on the back of his neck. The Man leans on the car door and stares at the other cars for a few seconds, takes out a wad of cash and holds it in the open, He smirks and steps back in the car....
9:40 PM December 22nd, 2009:
San Andreas, A Crime Ridden state, yet at the peak of it's life. Las Venturas, the Strip, a Red 1969 Ford Mustang with a thunderous engine, Idling, Sitting on the side of the road with it's headlights off, waiting for the moment to strike.
