Curse, maybe you should stop bullshitting and provoking. You walk around LSPD, and suspect people only for your RP, which isn't allowed.

Another thing, yesterday you constantly shouted over Police Radio that SWAT was f**king up 'the freecop mission', but in the end they managed to take the suspect down. If you act like a baby - expect to be threated like one.

I kinda like your RP, but don't come complain that some dark blue cops can't stand it, because they might take things a bit more serious.

Freecops are not biased, and most of them don't care about their name colours, /rank, non-existing "reputation" and other shit. They simply are the best cops in the server.

It's not needed to blame the "freecops", but blame the PERSON ITSELF.

Let me sum up some of the so called "abuse"

Situation 1: Freecops, suspecting for evading:
You are driving your admiral around Commerce with a speed of 95 km/h.
Freecop is passing you in the opposite direction, and turns around to chase you.
Freecop drives behind you and uses the command /m1, etc.
You do not want to RP with a freecop, because you think they cannot RP (actually, they can better as you).
So you continue to speed away from the freecop, with the result being suspected.
First thing you want to do, is moaning in the main chat, as you got suspected by a freecop and you got abused.
You beg every admin to cancelsuspect you, and if they don't even admin are abusers and you start to flame.

Situation 2: Freecops, suspecting for assault
You are just walking around LSPD and you think it would be a funny joke, to punch one of your friends constantly.
Freecop is walking behind and notices this and tells you to stop, suddenly you get angry on the freecop because he is ruining your RP, therefor you punch him one time and you get suspected for fighting.
First thing you do, is moaning on the main chat - that a freecop did abuse you, as is just RP.

Situation 3: Freecops, shooting a still standing suspect.
Freecops is chasing someone for a long time, and got him out of the car.
Although the suspect is not co-operating, and he will be shot dead and so the freecop took him down.
The moaning in the public chat will start soon enough, "OMG FUCKING FREECOP ABUSER".
Freecop was just trying to do his work, and if you did not co-operate, the freecop did his job.

And there are even more situations you can discribe, but it think it''s not neccesary as people should get the point with this.
Freecops act whenever a rulebreak has been spotted, something SAPD Officer+ does not, and just ignore the situation, so why are we moaning as some of the freecops are doing a REALLY better job then some of the SAPD Officers.

Also think about how you treat freecops, and think about how you would feel when you was a freecop.
Everything you do, will be called "abuse" and all you say is "bullshit".

Ask yourself:
- Is that how you like a game?
- Is that giving you the motivation to do your job?
- Is that how you want to stay on a server?
- Why should I continue when no one respects me?

This are several points you should think about, before accusing any of your other members of this community.
As this will end up in people leaving, and even more moaning on the main chat because no one can stop moaning.

There are multiple things, even regulars are worried and annoyed about, other regulars constantly moaning about freecops and coprights.
I mean, if you like this server os much play on it, do not come online to freaking moan about our freecops and our rules.

How can I help to fix this?
Ofcourse, you can also put your afford into this problem.
It's really easy and here are a couple of solutions, and ideas to make this easier.

Problem: Freecop did falsely suspect me
Solution: Please /gu directly after being abused, ask the freecop why you got suspected.
If you do not agree with reason, call for a Sergeant to fix it.

Problem: Freecop is randomly assaulting me, HELP!
Solution: Mostly when someone DMing you, you can try to "/hail" and RP the situation with your attacker.
It's not needed to directly shout around "OMG ABUSE" and spam the whole chat with moan.
If someone keeps DMing, use the /report feature, and try to escape from the person.

Problem: I got killed by a freecop, but I was standing still
Solution: Stop moaning, as you decided to get suspect.
If you want to stand still, use /gu - otherwise you should just run and do not moan.
And secondly, there is no rule that freecops cannot kill you

Problem: OMG, That freecop is corrupt - ADMIN COPBAN  PLEASE!!!!
Solution: The administration team have NOTHING to do with corrupt cops.
Aslong as the cops follows the server rules, then he cannot getting punished by administration.
Copban has his original use to ban cops from duty who are deathmatch and that kind of things.
Corruption should be reported to an SAPD Lt + (or if not online Sgt), most important: Do not MOAN.

I hope this post lighted something up for a LOT of people, to see they can easily handle such things.
This are the things Frank Hawk (and me) uses and it works - as we never have problems with abusing freecops etc.
Just one last sentence about freecops, to wake you up:

They treat you, on the way you treat them.
Give respect, is earn respect

My Rp owns. Its just I actually suspect people who break laws , I can't be blamed if someone doesn't want to comply for just an investigation or to talk and goes "ABUSE ABUSE ABUSE ABUSE, I HAVE A KNIFE UP MY, ABUSE ABUSE ABUSE" over /p.

Plus that Swat things was just because they was owning :P , sorry if it gave off the wrong message :P.

But later on - 4 mins later, there was a man threating to destroy the gs9 , he did so and only freecops and lower ARPD officers were there, with deagles, against combats and high disadvantages.

Time for some honesty

A long time ago, I came to Argonath RPG...and immediately broke rules as a freecop. I abused my power and annoyed everyone. However, I stopped doing those things. Why? Because people taught me what to do and how to treat other players...

Why can't the same thing be done now with all of these other freecops?

They should buy their own weapons, as do civillians do. Freecops are volentary officers, but SWAT, FBI and ARPD Officers do it with a job and half have /weaponequip Also cops can return after death, which means cops have a VERY HIGH advantage. (Godmode)

Freecops are voluntary officers, so they still work for the Government, although they are not officially Members of the ARPD. It is for this reason that they receive weapons and funding from the Government as well.

And this idea implies that you want more restrictions for Freecops. This is not happening, as I can say that at least one of the Server Owners will not agree with the idea of putting more restrictions on new players, to the point where they can be scared out of the Server.

@High Advantages and 'Godmode':

Very high advantage and Godmode my ass (no disrespect for Tom Barker intended). The only people who see it that way are those who don't know how to find a solution to their problem (in this case, the Cops' "advantages"). If you say that the Cops have Godmode, it just means you are sorely incapable of engaging them in battle or escaping from them.

Cop is after you? Kill him or run away instead of moaning and drooling about every single advantage they get and about how this and that are unfair.

The system is not as hard to play as moaners claim it is (they are unnecessarily exaggerating the situation), as we even have successful criminals that manage to make themselves pains in the asses for even the Feds.

You all have been freecops once, so treat them as others have treated you. I am very proud freecop

Same for me, I was also once someone who fitted the profile of "The Rulebreaking Freecop" stereotype. However, I was taught the rules, and look where I am now.

And if all Cops have noticed, FBI Agents' SAPD Ranks in /rank read "SAPD Rank is Freecop".
