Kidnapping Officer Leonardo

It was probably one of the few succesfull kidnaps in Los Santos history, as nearly 40 percent of kidnappers managed to go away without any problem. We thought ARPD would do a trick and use "bang bang" system. But somehow, boths sides managed to have a deal, FBI managed the situation. They paid the requested ammount to release the hostage; 20,000$ which is reasonable.
Thanks to ARPD and Inferno 9 for their contribution to this roleplay.
