Forum Warning Level Question

Guys, can some one help me to figure out how to set up warning level (like in here) but on my own forum?

I know that some admins will say "go to your suppoer forum and ask there". But pls help me in here.

Yes it is an add-on like said in the previous post and many add-ons and features can't be used in Free SMF

Everybody was wrong. Mod downloaded. Getting forum to install it. Matt (Owner of SMFfree systems) helping.
