I usually balance my force out unless I'm the Huns. Then I just zerg people with my cavalry, burn their shit down, shoot their peasants and run away.

I like to send groups of 20 (5 cavalry archers, 15 tarkans) to flank the enemy, my opponents are usually dumb enough to send their entire army on one measly group. While they concentrate on the one group I destroy their villagers and buildings.

ON-TOPIC: I had this game very long ago... where the hell is the disk :,(
I currently only play a very limited number of War Strategy games: Company of Heroes (barely, my PC's memory is too shit to handle it sometimes, crap RAM Memory sucks), Empire Earth (the first one), Stronghold Crusader.
