IS Robbing weapons allowed?

Alright so let me makes this clear for everyone, at least I'll give it a try, correct me if I'm wrong.

Robbing and/or scamming is allowed only if you roleplay it, take note that you can't just pull your gun at the person that you want to rob and he will just type "/hail" and give you his cash. If that's the case, only if he wants to roleplay himself, you can't force him to be robbed.

And once you did a scam or a robbery, the amount should be a little more considerable, which means scamming weapons or such should not pass the value of $50,000. And the robbing should not pass $5,000 or any amount near that.

If you RP it, it should be. Its like RPing stealing someones cash and converting it to guns, this way you skip a step.

Just hope your firearm that your registered to doesent end up in a murder..

Before the dealer and the buyer event meet, they agree on a certain price. That price should not pass $50,000 when it will be about scamming.

Yes, you forgot one thing- Both parties in role play should agreed on role-playing  "robbery" . If thats not a case and you just do

* Cofiliano take out combat from my ass and shot da nigga in his face while TPing outside using /exit" , while the person is waiting for his money, thats scamming. If he agreed on that type of role play, thats stealing.

Actualy , "scamming" in that way is Allowed. If you receve the weapons or drugs first you don't have to pay , you can't su anyone for it becouse it is ilegal. Same goes for gambling outside casinos. IF you loose you dont have to pay.

There's no limit or rule which says it mustn't exceed a limit of for example $50,000. If you're doing a weapon deal, then don't deal high amounts of weapons if you're afraid of getting robbed. If you want to deal high amounts of weapons, then keep backup with you in case someone tries to rob (or as Argonathians prefer, scam) you in a weapon or drug deal.

If you're doing a weapon deal, the buyer or other person does not have to ask for a permission to "scam" in an illegal weapon deal. If you get robbed or scammed (not paid) while dealing illegal weaponry or drugs, it's your own fault since you didn't deal with trusted people or didn't have a third party in the deal to make sure nothing went wrong.

Scamming is not allowed, however to be scamming it has to:
1. Involve a monetary or physical loss (not getting your promised gains is not a loss)
2. Involve legal deals.

Example:
Player A makes a deal with Player B to buy his car and to pay $50.000 extra.
Player B sells his car and Player A kills him.
This is scamming as the players were making a legal deal which was not fulfilled, and could not be avoided.

Example:
Player A wishes to buy weapons outside Ammunation from Player B.
Player A sends the money to Player B and Player B kills him.
This is not scamming, though there is a monetary loss, as the deal is deemed 'illegal'.

Now for a solution.
In the first case, and this also goes with illegal drug deals, there could have been a third trusted player present, Player C.
Player A pays to player C, then Player B sells the car and Player A buys it. After that Player C gives the money to Player B. Of course Player C has to be trusted by both players.

The case of weapon deals is even more simple. Weapons have a sending limit.
There for nothing stands in the way of doing the transaction in small parts.

Great, one more reason people will just go being a cop, and making it a 70 percent cop community. They wont lose money in "allowed theft", so lets just go on /duty and catch the orange guy now!

Solutions are given and people keep complaining.

Reality is that an average of 64% of players play as citizen and only 36% as a cop. So I don't know what you are singing there but ok if you want to say so, free to you.

As for the gun stuff, if you are not sure, bring your fellaz. You are always bunch of gvardias anyways and you seem to love cop attention so... 1+1=2 

For the drug, it's simple ........ Fella don't pay? Fella has a bullet in his head! Then you just run around like always waiting to lose your wanted level.
