Concerend about Snow Andreas

Never try'd it, is it good?

when u go to the sea, is it ice so u walk on it or u can still swim?

Is this the Snow_Andreas.exe that replaces gta_sa.exe ? If so:

1) It is NOT ice. You still swim.
2) You cannot use it as SAMP as far as i'm aware because of handling with the snow.
3) It includes car mods
4) It is okay, but can lag.
5) the buildings are NOT covered with snow.
6) Doesn't actually snow just adds it to ground

If it is SnowFX ( The one activated using Numkeys pad or CTRL+SPACE)

1) 100% Allowed on SA:MP Argonath.
2)Doesn't cover floor in snow, just snows on screen.
3) Not as realistic.
4) Has 4 Settings: 1, Light 2,Mild 3,Heavy 4, Blizzard
5) Can make the Argonath experience more fun as you can't see XD

Are you sure if the admin's allow that mod? Otherwise i'll download it asap and try it out.

The snow MOD FX is 100% allowed, Admins were talking with me and other IG about it the other week. But the the Snow_Andreas that replaces gta_sa.exe I am not sure about as I think it changes handling.

Snow mod is allowed, and it will be fun when everyone put it on. Put when you put it for yourself only, it will fuck the game up.

Trick to using Snow Andreas on Argonath: Remove the Snow Andreas gta3.img file and paste it to an unmodified version of SA.

I guess that solves it

If you download the GAMI version f Snow Andreas, you can choose to remove the parts of the mod that are not allowed on Argonath, like the changed to handling. If you just install the textures, then its OK to use.

Whenever I open GAMI (english version) for the first time, all I get is that splash screen saying:

"gta-action.com / / mod-pack

bitte warten"

It never loads GAMI fully

If the mod only replaces textures and doesn't give any advantage what so ever then it'll be allowed.  If you are found to be using a mod and KNOW it gives advantages such as health freezing, spawning cars and stuff then you'll be banned.

How do I remove the MIRC Plugin for San Andreas?! I cannot talk ingame anymore because the MIRC uses T also and replaces the chat!

Or at least teach me how to set either MIRC or SA:MP Chat to an alternate key...

i once saw some guy yelling in /p: LOL with snow  mods i can drive on water lolololol
we warned him to remove the mod, luckily he listened.
not sure WICH mod this was, but we have to watch out for it.

Snow Mods cannot make you drive on water. Ever noticed IRL, no matter how cold the world gets during winter, the sea does not freeze over?

In England the river Thames used to freeze up, people used to have winter events and such! , they used to drive on the Thames :O

And also

North pole + south poles, the sea freezes and forms ice. 


The other day i watched "Deadliest catch" , crab fishermen were jumping on big platforms of ice far out on the sea!

The skipper was worried because the snow was going to freeze up and it almost did, but there boat managed to get to there processing plant in time.  :gd:
